Returns & Exchange Policy
At Unirack we understand that after purchasing you may realise the item doesn’t fit and you require a refund or exchange. If this is the case, then all we ask is you adhere to the following requirements:
1. The item is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. You provide us with a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase.
3. The item is returned in its original packaging.
4. We reserve the right to charge a max $30.00 restocking fee on items returned
Product Warranty
At Unirack we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, therefore if you are in anyway disappointed then please return your item to our showroom immediately so we can rectify the problem. We offer a full replacement warranty for a minimum period of 12 months against faulty manufacturing from the date of purchase. We don’t offer warranties against misuse and normal wear and tear.
