Wes Potter

Sales Operations Manager

Wes has been overseeing branch performance and sales since 2019. He also manages stock availability, to make sure we can deliver your order on time.

Wes is a brilliant listener. And a strong communicator, with solid product knowledge.

He gets great satisfaction seeing an empty warehouse fitted out with racking that transforms it into an efficient storage space and delights our customers.

Away from work Wes is happiest outdoors – whether he’s playing sport, gardening or firing up the BBQ for family and friends.

Wayne Flynne

Sales Rep – Delivery Man – Installer – Problem Solver

Based in QLD, Wayne joined Unirack in 2021.

He enjoys the variety of his hands-on role. From helping customers choose the right product to getting out and about, making deliveries and completing installations.

Wayne’s a natural problem solver who knows how to listen. Share his product knowledge. And deliver next level customer service.

In his downtime, you’ll find him catching up with mates at the pub, the racetrack or on the golf course.

Sue

Office Manager

Sue came to Unirack in 2021, looking for a challenge and a friendly workplace. We think we delivered on both counts!

Every day offers something different. From sales enquiries and problem solving. To providing outstanding customer service and managing administration and accounts receivable.

Sue enjoys being part of a team that can get the job done well and have a laugh together.

Outside work, Sue loves family time, kickboxing and reading – but not all at once! She’s also a dedicated fundraiser for HeartKids.

Mark Mead

Leading Hand in Warehouse – Team Leader

Mark joined the Unirack team in 2021. He’s a great communicator who thrives in his logistics-based role.

Our customers rely on him to meet deadlines for requested delivery dates and times. He keeps them happy by setting realistic expectations about their orders. Then touching base regularly to keep them informed.

He also books freight pickups, handles stock control and keeps our warehouse spick and span.

Mark is a self-proclaimed MAD Western Bulldogs fan. When he can get away – he also loves a spot of camping and fishing.

Alana Ward

Admin/Customer Service

Alana has been supporting our customers since 2022. She also supports our team by processing orders, answering phone calls and making sure the installation crew has the correct information.

Whatever task she’s completing, Alana loves to laugh. So she enjoys the closeness and friendly banter she shares with the rest of the Unirack team.

Apart from family time – her favourite activities outside work include riding her motorbike, fishing and camping.

Rudy Proctor

Managing Director WA

Rudy started with us in 2012. Since then, he’s grown in-depth knowledge of all the types of storage solutions out there in the Australian market.

Rudy enjoys helping people from all kinds of businesses find long-lasting storage solutions. He has a flair for warehouse layout design.

With a reputation for brilliant customer service and impressive order turnaround times, Rudy also oversees branch performance and stock ordering.

Outside work, in between playing soccer or golf and regular gym visits, he loves catch-ups with family and friends.

Emily Critchell

Sales/Office Manager WA

No two days have been the same for Emily since she joined Unirack in 2018. And she wouldn’t have it any other way. Her diverse role includes managing the day-to-day running of the WA branch. Plus sales and marketing along with office and admin tasks.

Emily loves meeting new customers and forming strong business relationships. Customer satisfaction is always her priority.

Emily spends her downtime getting outdoors, exploring – and travelling – when possible. Back in Perth, she loves discovering new, fun restaurants to visit with family and friends.

Chris

Big Chris is employed through Edge Employment Solutions.

When Chris isn’t building Longspan Frames at the Unirack warehouse he is heavily involved in his local community sports clubs! He Plays footy for Wembley, Soccer for Western Knights and Cricket for Wembley in the summer! He is also a mad Richmond supporter! Go the Tigers!

Roy Critchell
