Ordering payment deliveries & discounts

When can you start?

90% of the time we can start as soon as you're ready. We have over 15,000 beams and uprights in stock, and happy teams of installers ready to jump in the truck.

How much is delivery?

We'll give you an accurate quote prior to dispatch, so you're not surprised.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, other suppliers pretend that GST is somehow not a part of doing business in Australia. Baffling.

Do you offer credit?

Yes, to government departments and credit approved customers. We require payment on completion of the job for everyone else.

Can you do better on the price if I buy more?

Yes, the bigger the job, the better we can do. And we maintain that price discount throughout all future transactions!

Can I pick up a pallet jack (or container ramp etc) today?

Yes, they are in stock 99.9% of the time in all mainland locations. Hobart currently doesn't carry the full range.

Do you have any Specials? Do you have Sales?

Yes, if you are on our mailing list, we'll send you regular specials.

Can I pay over the phone?

Yes, no problems.

Can I collect today if I place an order now?

Generally for smaller orders yes. We have uprights pre-assembled and beams aplenty.

Do you have a showroom where I can view the shelving?

Yes, see the contacts page for your nearest showroom and opening hours.

How can I pay?

Direct deposit, credit card or cash is fine by us. Cheques too, but they have to clear first.

If I order online how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch within 48 hours, but mostly the next day. The time it takes will depend of your location but local deliveries will arrive with 2-3 days and anywhere else 7-10. But, we will give you call to discuss once the order is placed.

Is your website secure?

Sure is. We use the latest SSL encryption technology. We don't see your card details, and we certainly don't store them.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, if you can wait for the cheque to clear. Bandits have caught us out too many times for us to deliver goods prior to cleared funds, sorry.

Can I pick up myself?

Yes, or you can ask a courier to pick up for you. Just let us know a time so we can have everything ready.

Do you offer finance?

Not yet, but we are working on it.

Will we price Match?

Yes, as long as we are comparing apples with apples, we're confident we offer the best value racking in Australia. Don't expect us to price match some dodgy, 30 year old second hand racking that's been sitting outside at Bondi Beach though.

Is there an option to hire your pallet racking/pallet jacks/container ramps?

We don't hire out racking, but can generally help if you want a short term rental of a jack or a container ramp. Give us a call.

Product warranty & standards

Are you a reputable company? Who are you owned by?

Yes, we've been in business over 10 years, proudly Australian-owned by a family that has separated itself around Australia so we can maintain a high standard. Our rate of growth suggests we are on the right track. And if you don't believe us, we can happily provide dozens of references from both big and small customers who use us time after time.

Is your racking tested to Australian Standards?

Yes, our racking has tested our racking to AS4084-2023, the current Standard.

Can we provide our Testing Certificate if required?

Sure can, just email us and we'll flick you a copy.

What is your Warranty on Pallet Racking?

We guarantee your racking against structural and manufacturing defect for 6 years providing load ratings and advice have been followed and you maintain a strict annual Safety Audit.

What is your Warranty on Longspan Shelving?

We guarantee your racking against structural and manufacturing defects for 6 years, providing load ratings have been followed.

What is your Warranty on Pallet Jacks and Container Ramps?

Two years against Structural or Manufacturing Defects. Very rare!

How does the warranty work?

The warranty is a back to base warranty. All we need you to do is drop the item back to one of our warehouses so that we can get it repaired, or replaced. Our warranty does not cover misuse.

Where are your products made?

We manufacture in China to engineered standards.

Safety checks and audits

Are we required to have safety checks?

Yes, the Racking Standard AS4084-2023 requires that a safety check be carried out on a regular basis and at least once every 12 Months.

Can I do a Safety Check ourselves?

Yes, here's a guide. We would still recommend you get independent checks. What if you miss something?

Can you look after my ongoing maintenance and safety checks?

Yes, your first safety check is free (we can't do a better price than free!) - then we charge by the hour for subsequent checks. We also have a Safety Guide if you'd like to do it yourself.

Product features & availability

I have weird-sized pallets, do you have solutions for that?

Yes, we have loads of beam lengths to suit almost any situation. In extreme cases, we can manufacture a specific solution on a large job.

Is there a price difference between grey, black and white Longspan?

No, they are the same price.

Is your racking compatible with what I already have?

Most likely. If you use a Dexion style upright and beam, then Unirack is compatible. Call for advice.

Can I get galvanised racking to be used outside?

Yes, we can organise that. Generally takes a bit longer to organise, so plan ahead.

How wide/high/deep are the longspan bays

We can do millions of combinations. Widths of 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, 2400mm. Depths of 400mm, 600mm, 800mm. Heights of 900mm, 2000mm, 2500mm and 3000mm.

What are the Longspan Shelves made from?

We have a few options. Most commonly we use a high-grade, water-resistant particle board. Steel and Wire Shelves also available.

Can you do different powder coat colours?

Hmmm, tricky. We can for large jobs (over $20,000) direct from the factory but it is time-consuming, sorry. But, we have worked with some local powder-coaters and done some cool stuff for a reasonable price. So give us a call.

I need a size that is not on the website, can you custom make it for me?

No, sorry, we don't manufacture here, but we have loads of solutions that might get around the problem.

Does the longspan shelving come in other colours?

We have grey, black and white -- twice the colours offered by anyone else in Australia. For large orders we can custom colour.

How does your pallet racking compare with the other brands?

Our racking compares beautifully. Our beams are machine welded. Our steel is high-grade. Our powder coating lines are automated. We have 4 connectors per beam, where competing systems have only 3. Also, structurally, racking has to reach an Australian Standard, which ours does.

Why do we no longer supply Blue Upright Frames?

It was a tricky decision. But, there are 3 reasons. Our pre-galvanised frames last longer, they don't chip paint when inevitably hit by busy employees, and are slightly cheaper.

Is there anything else I need to add to the bay prices on the website to be compliant with the standard?

Yes, there are small add-ons that you'll need eg, load rating signs, corner protectors etc. All prudent accessories. Don't worry, we'll make sure you are compliant.

Why choose wire or galvanised steel shelves?

They are stronger than particle board, and generally wear better in busy or wet environments.

Design & installation

Can you measure up?

Yes, just give us a call and we'll be there asap. If you're in a remote area, we can run you through the measuring process, then do up a plan for you. Click here for an example.

Can you do a design for my warehouse?

Yes, just give us a call, we will arrange to visit and measure up. We can then work out how to optimize the space you have and design something to suit. Click here for some example of our previous designs.

Can we install pallet racking ourselves?

Yes, except in Queensland where a QBCC License is required. For the rest of the country we have a handy, step-by-step guide that'll help. On larger, more complex jobs we'd recommend you let us do it.

What do I need to do to prepare for an install?

Generally, have the area cleared and make sure all entrances are clear. We'll give you a checklist.

What if my warehouse floor isn’t level?

We have small, heavy duty shims to even things out. If your floor is really wonky, let us know first and we'll solve it.

Can we install longspan shelving ourselves?

Yes, it's easy. No problems.

Do you charge to assemble pallet racking upright frames?

No, we do it for you. It's good to know they've been assembled to a high standard for safety reasons.

Do you have insurance when installing?

Yes, we are fully covered when installing your racking. Certificates of currency available for inspection.

Can you organise installations nationwide?

Yes, we have teams in all capital cities and can organise almost any location.

Do I have to bolt the pallet racking to the floor?

Yes, for safety reasons, it is vitally important to dynabolt your frames to the floor.

If I’ve made a measuring mistake and it doesn’t fit, can I bring it back?

Yes, just bring back the problem section (in pristine condition, hopefully) and we'll swap out new parts that do fit.

Can I fix Pallet Racking to a wall?

Pallet racking is not designed to fit to a wall but we work with a team of engineers who will be able to work out a solution for you.?

I am moving warehouse can you guys relocate our pallet racking / shelving to our new site?

Yes, we'll need to see the job and formally quote, but we do it all the time.

Your Pallet Racking Page says Frames are Fully assembled with Dyna Bolts. Does this mean it includes Installation?

No, installation means putting up the frames and securing the beams, then dynabolting everything down. It's different for every job, but we can give you a firm and fair quote for installation. It's what we do.
